Green Day have announced details of a forthcoming tour of North America.Beginning in New Jersey on August 3, the trio are playing in support of their latest album '21st Century Breakdown', which was released in May 2009.
Meanwhile, as the group's 'American Idiot' musical gears up to hit Broadway on April 20, reports are circulating that a film adaptation is in the works, with Tom Hanks set to direct it.
